What is ParkingNearby?
A parking marketplace. Drivers find verified parking spaces near them with live availability, price and directions. Owners list their space, set their price and earn from it.
ParkingNearby क्या है? यह एक पार्किंग मार्केटप्लेस है। ड्राइवर अपने आस-पास सत्यापित पार्किंग जगहें ढूंढ सकते हैं — उपलब्धता, कीमत और रास्ते के साथ। मालिक अपनी जगह लिस्ट करके, अपनी कीमत तय करके कमाई कर सकते हैं।
How do I find and book a parking spot?
Open the app and you'll see trusted spots around you with distance, price and availability. Spend one credit to unlock the exact location and owner details, then either reserve ahead or tap once for directions to the precise pin.
मैं पार्किंग की जगह कैसे ढूंढूं और बुक करूं? ऐप खोलें और आपको अपने आस-पास भरोसेमंद जगहें दिखेंगी — दूरी, कीमत और उपलब्धता के साथ। सटीक लोकेशन और मालिक की जानकारी देखने के लिए एक क्रेडिट खर्च करें, फिर या तो पहले से बुक करें या एक टैप में सीधे रास्ता पाएं।
What are credits, and why do I need one to unlock a spot?
Listings stay blurred until you commit, which protects owners from their address being scraped. One credit reveals one spot's exact location and owner contact. Credits are bought in packs inside the app.

Can I find EV charging, not just parking?
Yes. A listing can offer parking, EV charging, or both. Switch on the Charging filter and you'll only see places with a working charger — you can narrow further by connector (CCS2, CHAdeMO, Type 2, Bharat AC/DC, 3-pin) and by minimum speed in kW. Every charger shows its own price, billed per kWh, per hour or per session.
क्या मुझे सिर्फ़ पार्किंग नहीं, EV चार्जिंग भी मिलेगी? हाँ। कोई भी जगह पार्किंग, EV चार्जिंग, या दोनों दे सकती है। चार्जिंग फ़िल्टर चालू करें और आपको सिर्फ़ वही जगहें दिखेंगी जहाँ चालू चार्जर है — आप कनेक्टर (CCS2, CHAdeMO, Type 2, Bharat AC/DC, 3-पिन) और न्यूनतम स्पीड (kW) से और छाँट सकते हैं। हर चार्जर की अपनी कीमत दिखती है — प्रति kWh, प्रति घंटा या प्रति सेशन।
I have an EV charger. Can I list it?
Yes. When you add a space you choose what it offers — parking only, charging only, or both — and you can change that later. Add each connector with its type, speed, number of guns and its own tariff. Mark a charger out of service any time and it stops appearing in driver searches until you switch it back.

How do I pay for the parking itself?
You pay the owner directly at the spot, at the price shown on the listing. There are no hidden platform fees on top of it.
पार्किंग का भुगतान कैसे करूं? आप मालिक को सीधे मौके पर भुगतान करते हैं, वही कीमत जो लिस्टिंग में दिखी थी। इसके ऊपर कोई छिपा हुआ प्लेटफ़ॉर्म शुल्क नहीं है।
What is the QR check-in for?
Scan the QR at the gate to start your parking session, and scan out when you leave. It gives both you and the owner a clear, shared record of exactly when the space was used.
QR चेक-इन किस लिए है? गेट पर QR स्कैन करके अपना पार्किंग सेशन शुरू करें, और निकलते समय स्कैन-आउट करें। इससे आपको और मालिक दोनों को साफ़ रिकॉर्ड मिलता है कि जगह कब से कब तक इस्तेमाल हुई।
What happens if the owner doesn't confirm my booking?
An unconfirmed booking expires automatically after 12 hours, so you're never left waiting on a request that nobody answered.
अगर मालिक मेरी बुकिंग कन्फ़र्म न करे तो क्या होगा? बिना कन्फ़र्म हुई बुकिंग 12 घंटे बाद अपने आप समाप्त हो जाती है, ताकि आपको किसी ऐसे अनुरोध का इंतज़ार न करना पड़े जिसका जवाब ही न आया हो।
I own a parking space. How do I list it and what does it cost?
Sign in, switch to owner mode, and add your space with photos, price and availability. Listing runs on a yearly plan — once you're on it, you can manage bookings and track earnings from the owner dashboard.
मेरे पास पार्किंग की जगह है। इसे कैसे लिस्ट करूं और खर्च क्या है? साइन इन करें, ओनर मोड चुनें, और अपनी जगह फ़ोटो, कीमत और उपलब्धता के साथ जोड़ें। लिस्टिंग सालाना प्लान पर चलती है — प्लान लेने के बाद आप ओनर डैशबोर्ड से बुकिंग और कमाई दोनों संभाल सकते हैं।
How do you keep listings honest and parking safe?
Owners declare ownership of the space they list, every listing is moderated, and both drivers and owners can report a problem. Reports are reviewed by our team, and QR check-in keeps every session accountable.
आप लिस्टिंग को सही और पार्किंग को सुरक्षित कैसे रखते हैं? मालिकों को अपनी जगह के स्वामित्व की घोषणा करनी होती है, हर लिस्टिंग की जाँच होती है, और ड्राइवर व मालिक दोनों समस्या की शिकायत कर सकते हैं। शिकायतों की समीक्षा हमारी टीम करती है, और QR चेक-इन हर सेशन को जवाबदेह रखता है।
Which languages does the app support?
English plus nine Indian languages — Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam and Punjabi. You pick your language when you sign in and can change it any time.
