Authority to List
By publishing a parking space, the owner confirms that they own, lease, manage, or otherwise have valid authority to list that space for parking use and to receive booking or parking enquiries for it.
Local Permissions
- The owner is responsible for society bye-laws, RWA rules, lease restrictions, commercial-building permissions, municipal requirements, fire access, emergency access, and other local restrictions.
- The owner must not list government, municipal, public-road, visitor-only, reserved, disputed, encumbered, unsafe, or unauthorised spaces without written permission.
- The owner must maintain any licence, insurance, registration, or tax compliance required for their own parking activity.
Listing Accuracy
The owner must keep location, photos, capacity, supported vehicle types, pricing, monthly terms, contact settings, and availability accurate. Repeated false availability, fake photos, inflated capacity, or unresolved disputes may lead to suspension.
On-Site Responsibility
The owner is responsible for site access, behaviour of staff or guards, safety warnings, lawful collection of direct parking fees, and resolving on-site issues. ParkingNearby may mediate disputes but is not the operator of the space unless a separate written operating contract says so.
Verification
ParkingNearby may request documents such as PAN, GST details, address proof, authority letters, photos, or other KYC/verification evidence before approving, boosting, paying out, or continuing a listing.
